Shipping & Handling Charges
On most stock items, we can ship next day. However, due to high demand, if you need the items shipped via Fed-Ex, please call or write us at info@spiritgearstore.com or 1.800.460.0629.
Also, if you are purchasing a Personalized product, we need at least a week to produce your product, as we will need to coordinate with you for the image and the text. Again, please call or write us at the numbers above.
We base our shipping & handing charges on as close to actual cost as possible. Our online shopping cart gets an estimated rate from FedEx, UPS, and USPS for the shipping cost of your order based on your shipping address and the estimated weight and size of your package. If shipping seems high it may be because of your location. Spirit Gear ships all orders from Leander, Texas (zip code: 78641). Customers located in the Central Time Zone will find shipping charges to be less than those located on the East or West Coast. For large orders we can usually provide alternative shipping methods to save on shipping costs. We do offer hundredweight shipping through FedEx, this is a low cost shipping option for orders of 100 lbs and more. Hundredweight shipping is priced per 100 lbs.

Return & Refund Policy
Spirit Gear, Inc. would like our customers to be completely satisfied with the goods they have purchased from us. If you are not completely satisfied with your Non-Personalized purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days from receipt of the goods for a prompt exchange or refund. Personalized and Custom products are not subject to refund, but will be exchanged if there is a defect in the manufacturing of the product. Spirit Gear will not exchange Personalized or Custom products from customers if the image, text or other facet of the prototype design was accepted via voice or e-mail. Shipping costs are incurred at your risk and are not refundable.
You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Spirit Gear, Inc. prior to returning the item. You may request authorization by sending e-mail to: info@spirit-gear.com or calling 1-800-460.0629. Shipping, handling and insurance charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt which was given to you and with the original packaging. There will be no refund on items returned that are not in saleable condition. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement. Damage During Shipping
All shipments through FedEx and UPS are insured, shipments through the U.S. Postal Service are not insured, unless the customer requests insurance. If your order is shipped through a freight service as LTL/FTL your shipment will be insured. Shipping companies have specific regulations for returns of damaged goods. When you receive a package from a shipper and it is damaged, you must contact us within 5 calendar days (sooner is preferred) and report that the package arrived in damaged condition. We will process the claim with the shipping company; meanwhile, we will re-ship the damaged goods.
You will need to keep all original packaging, including cartons and contents, until the claim resolution process is finished (up to 3 weeks). It may be necessary to make the packaging available to the shipping company for inspection.

Shipping Times
Spirit Gear makes an effort to ship your order as soon as it is received. If your order does not ship the same day, it will be shipped the next business day. If an item is out of stock, or we need extra time to process a large order, we will quickly e-mail you and let you know how much time it will take to fulfill the order.
